Chapter 133: The Immortal Clone [Fourth Update]

The eighth-order Shark King launched a blast of water, concentrated like a high-pressure water jet a hundred times more powerful than any ordinary one, surging toward Luffy’s clone.

"Boom!" The sound of the explosion was deafening. Everyone gasped, stunned by the sheer terror of the Shark King’s power.

"Great Flame Sword!"

Luffy’s clone raised his sword, now wreathed in raging infernos, and swung it toward the eighth-order Shark King. The massive blade of fire emitted a terrifying, heart-stopping roar.

Clashing head-on—this was the fighting style of Luffy’s clone; he feared no brutal confrontation. The high-pressure water was sliced in two, releasing clouds of hissing steam. The Shark King was cleaved apart by the enormous blade of fire, green blood splattering everywhere as it fell, shrieking in agony.

"Wow... the Boss is incredible!" Zeng Hongsen shouted, visibly thrilled. Seeing his leader take down the opponent’s strongest warrior immediately upon entering the fray was enough to stir anyone’s heart.

"He remains as formidable as ever," Little Dragon Maiden murmured, gazing at Luffy’s heroic figure with lovestruck eyes.

"Hmph... he is mine," Liu Yanmeng muttered, staring at the clone with a look of obsessive devotion.

"Go, you can do it," Zhao Liying whispered, biting her alluring lower lip, her face flushed as she silently cheered for him.

"Nothing but a mirage."

Through his Samsara Heavenly Eye, Luffy’s clone had long since realized that the creature’s body was merely a water clone he had just destroyed. The real eighth-order Shark King had already appeared in his visual blind spot. Of course, such a blind spot was utterly useless against the Samsara Heavenly Eye, which granted three-hundred-sixty-degree perception, allowing him to observe his surroundings from every angle.

"Nirvana Rebirth Flame Slash!"

Luffy held his sword horizontally against his chest and swung it toward the blind spot behind him. A blade of blue-white fire erupted, striking toward the Shark King with the speed of lightning.

"How is this possible!" The Shark King was shocked; he never expected this youth to detect him.

"Pfft!" The Shark King’s body was struck by the blue-white radiance and dissolved into water, vanishing into thin air.

Luffy looked toward the eighth-order Zombie King, where the real Shark King now stood by his side. "Interesting. This youth is truly powerful. I see now that no single one of us can defeat him alone."

"To think that even the proud Shark King would admit such a thing. Ha! The reason I asked for your assistance is precisely because this youth is too strong; we must eliminate him before we can slowly dismantle that barrier," the eighth-order Zombie King, Sang Wu, said coldly, as if every detail of his plan had been calculated.

"Fair point. Humans are merely food. Once we wipe them out, we shall feast," the Shark King replied with an icy grin, his three-pointed, double-edged spear vibrating with a low hum.

The two eighth-order kings advanced toward Luffy’s clone.

Their presence was overwhelming, radiating immense power. The Zombie King was wreathed in miasma, like a great demon lord, dragging his rusted giant blade along the ground with a rhythmic, grating sound. Meanwhile, the Shark King’s spear hummed, surrounded by countless swirling currents of water, as if he were a god of the tides.

The two kings stopped five meters from Luffy.

"Youth, it is a point of pride that you forced two of our kind to intervene. Humanity is destined for extinction—whether it be the Nine Provinces Safe Zone, the Xiangxi Safe Zone, the Heavenly City Safe Zone, or the Western world," the Shark King declared coldly. He thrust his spear toward Luffy, and the water transformed into a massive shark, lunging to devour him.

"Corpse Bite!"

The Zombie King swung his giant blade in a full three-hundred-sixty-degree rotation, sending a fierce, swirling crescent of energy toward Luffy.

Both devastating attacks bore down on him.

"Boom!"

Luffy’s clone was caught off guard, not expecting both monsters to unleash their full strength immediately. Their attacks carried the weight of pure destruction.

His pupils contracted. His sword blazed with intense heat as his body transformed into a streak of black light. He executed the Flame Sword Technique—Flame Flash. The world seemed to bleach into pure white, leaving only the black streak of Luffy darting past the two kings.

"Boom!" The two attacks collided, erupting in fire before dissipating. Simultaneously, blood sprayed from the bodies of the two kings, and the ground beneath them erupted in geysers of blood, engulfing them both.

"Wow!" Zeng Hongsen’s eyes widened. His leader was too cool! Such swordsmanship was legendary; he had neutralized the attacks of two kings in an instant and even buried them in flames.

*They must be crippled, at the very least,* he thought.

Luffy’s clone reappeared five meters behind the two kings and turned around. He saw that they were scorched black, though he knew they were merely wounded and still functional. Luffy, however, was covered in blood. Fighting two eighth-order kings single-handedly was exhausting, but he possessed an undying body and had no reason to fear them.

"Your... strength surprises us. It is rare to see such a talent among humans. However, you are already gravely wounded. Join us, and we can offer you a glorious future, provided your kind submits to our will," the Zombie King said, feigning an appreciation for talent.

"Heh... do you think I would listen to you? You only want to turn humanity into your slaves. Don't even think about it."

Luffy’s clone felt a sweetness rise in his throat and coughed up blood, looking visibly pained.

"How could this happen?" Seeing his leader vomiting blood, Zeng Hongsen felt a pang of agony. Filled with rage and helplessness, he pushed the White Tiger Array Spirit to charge forward, while Little Dragon Maiden mobilized the Azure Dragon, and Zhao Liying directed the Vermilion Bird to launch an assault.

"You fools..." Luffy’s clone shook his head repeatedly before rushing forward to join the array spirits in their attack against the two kings.

His form grew dim, and he raised his sword high, invoking the Divine Sword Lightning Control Technique.

The sky turned pitch black as clouds swirled into a vortex, crackling with thunder and lightning.

"A futile struggle," the Zombie King sneered. His rusted blade vibrated as he swung it, sending a ten-meter-wide crescent of energy flying toward Luffy. The Shark King raised his spear, and vast amounts of water gathered around him, surging upward into three massive torrents that crashed toward the array spirits.

"Boom!"

A bolt of heavenly lightning descended, its majesty divine, striking Luffy’s sword and refracting toward the two kings.

"Pfft..." Luffy’s clone was cleaved in two by the massive blade of energy, but the terrifying electric arc simultaneously slammed into the two kings.

"Sizzle..."

Clouds of smoke rose as their bodies were charred black, trembling uncontrollably.

"No!!!" Little Dragon Maiden’s eyes widened in utter despair. She had never imagined that Luffy would be cut in two.

"How is this possible!" Zeng Hongsen was equally stricken with grief and hopelessness.

"Don't!" Zhao Liying screamed, desperate to rush out of the formation toward Luffy.
