Ye Wuq i could not even be bothered to look at Gong Ran. He simply chewed the soft candy Qian Xiaoxing had just given him, jiggling one leg as he drawled lazily, “Sister Luo, since we’ve already slapped her in the face, we might as well make it ring louder. Class Nineteen has always been high-profile.”

Yan Baba, Lei Xingxing, and Qian Xiaoxing crowded around and chimed in, “Exactly, exactly. Keeping a low profile has never been our class’s style.”

The Old Ancestor herself had told her to make the slap louder. It was hardly a major matter, so of course she would listen to the Old Ancestor and do as instructed.

Ye Luo still wore an expressionless face, but she nodded and answered, “Mm.”

“You’re hilarious! A bunch of hopeless students, boasting more beautifully than they sing!” Gong Ran sneered even more mockingly. “If any of you hopeless students can get a perfect score, I’ll believe pigs can climb trees! And you’re talking about coming first? Bah!”

Just then, Lingling arrived carrying the test papers.

“How did you take so long?” Gong Ran snapped impatiently at Lingling before selecting the most difficult paper from each subject and slapping the stack down in front of Ye Luo. “Do them!”

While Gong Ran was choosing the papers, several teachers had been standing nearby watching. After seeing their difficulty, they could not help shaking their heads.

“These papers are far too difficult. Even if she didn’t cheat on the monthly examination, she might not be able to score seven hundred this time. Getting six hundred would already be quite impressive.”

Once the teachers said this, the news quickly spread through the crowd. Everyone soon understood that, whether or not Gong Ran was right to suspect cheating, she was clearly making things deliberately difficult.

When Gong Ran slapped the four test papers down in front of Ye Luo, everyone turned to look at her. They assumed she would be stumped, unsure where to begin.

Her hand moved so quickly that everyone could see only a blur.

The top paper happened to be mathematics. Before most people had even made out the first question, Ye Luo had already turned the page and begun working on the major problems at the back.

The entire room was stunned.

Damn! She really was some kind of immortal!

That was incredible!

Gong Ran stared blankly as Ye Luo wrote down answers without seeming to think—or even read the questions. She quickly decided that Ye Luo must simply be scribbling nonsense, so she hurriedly searched through the papers in Lingling’s arms for the answer key to the test Ye Luo was working on.

By the time she found it, Ye Luo had already begun the second-to-last major problem.

Just as Gong Ran was about to compare the answers, Ye Luo had already finished the mathematics paper. She moved it aside and began working on the comprehensive science paper beneath it.

In total, Ye Luo had spent less than three minutes on the mathematics paper.

Gong Ran snatched up the completed mathematics paper and compared it with the answer key. To her disbelief, Ye Luo’s answers were even more precise than the official ones.

“This… this… How is this possible…?”

Gong Ran’s eyes widened as she stared at the mathematics paper in her hands. She was completely dumbfounded, utterly unable to react.

Someone came over to see how many questions Ye Luo had gotten right after finishing so quickly. The moment he looked, he cried out as though he had suffered a massive shock, “Does she have to show off this much?”

“What happened? What happened?” the others immediately asked.

The person shouted again, “Every single one is correct!”

“Damn!”

For once, the entire crowd spoke in perfect unison.

Ye Wuq i and the others were stunned as well. They had believed that Sister Luo had not cheated, but this was simply too spectacular. The slap landed with deafening force. Gong Ran was not only frozen in shock—her face had gone completely pale.

“Hahaha…”

Once they recovered, Ye Wuq i and the others burst into delighted laughter.

“You all saw that, right? This is just how amazing our Sister Luo is!”
